Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or harassing content.
• No attempts to breach security, scrape data, or reverse engineer the Service.
• No uploading content you do not have rights to.

Plans and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown in-app. Paid plans are optional; free tiers have usage limits.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the measurements and media you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailorsMate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
