Accessibility Statement

TailorsMate is committed to making the Service usable by everyone. We target WCAG 2.2 level AA as our design and engineering baseline.

What we do

• Semantic landmarks, headings, and labelled controls.
• Keyboard-navigable menus, dialogs, and forms with visible focus states.
• Sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences on animated surfaces.
• Alt text on user-uploaded media where provided; icon-only buttons carry aria-labels.

Known limitations

We are actively improving screen-reader announcements around live-updating chat and notification streams, and expanding automated testing coverage.
