This Privacy Policy explains how TailorsMate ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the TailorsMate application and website (the "Service"). This page is maintained by TailorsMate; it is a plain-language summary provided by the app owner and is not a legal certification.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, name, avatar, role (client / tailor), country.
• Measurement data you enter or capture (body, cap, shoe, ring, general).
• Uploaded media for portfolio reels, chat, and scans.
• Operational data: appointments, messages, notifications, support requests.
• Technical data: device/browser type, IP address, and diagnostic logs.

How we use information

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To send transactional emails (appointments, measurement updates, support).
• To improve reliability, performance, and safety of the Service.

Sharing

We share your data with the tailors or clients you explicitly connect with, and with infrastructure subprocessors that host the Service (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, email delivery, and CDN providers). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen; associated content will be removed or anonymized.

Your rights

Subject to your local law (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting support@tailorsmate.com.

Security

We use industry-standard controls including row-level security, encrypted transport (TLS), and least-privilege access. See our Trust Center for details.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
